to people disadvantaged in the labour market by setting up and operating
social businesses.
Forth Sector is the biggest provider of supported employment in Edinburgh, supporting people with considerable disabilities in full and part-time employment, and FSD can offer significant support to other organisations based on our experience and our collaboration with Forth Sector’s highly skilled Employability Services team who provide individuals with the opportunity to develop their employability skills to enable them to gain employment, a place in training, education, or volunteering.
Whether you are concerned with Public Sector service delivery on employment or are an organization supporting the interests of a disadvantaged group, with an interest in providing employability support, but with no current delivery mechanisms – we can advise you on the best ways to achieve this and support you at every stage of the process.
